Obituary for Larry Fowler

 Larry W. Fowler, 60, of Muscatine, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2012 at his home in Muscatine. Services will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services. Burial will be in Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery. Following the interment, a time of food and fellowship will be held at the First Baptist Church. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home. Larry Wayne Fowler was born on May 15, 1952 in Muscatine, Iowa the son of Kenneth Leroy and Erma Marie (Ziegenhorn) Fowler. On June 29, 1975, he was united in marriage to Mary Werner in Nichols, Iowa. Larry retired from Grain Processing Corporation after many years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, collecting Betty Boop and Roy Rogers memorabilia and trains. Most of all he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Larry will be deeply missed by his wife, Mary of Muscatine; daughters, Maranda Leadon of Moravia and Jessica Fowler of Davenport; two grandchildren, Schuyler and Kaydon Leadon; and one sister, Joyce Darnall and husband, Doyle of Humboldt.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two infant children.
